  • Where do I setup Autoship?

    Autoship can be set up on the product page by clicking on the “Subscribe and Save” button above the “Add to Cart” button. Please note that some brands do not allow discounts so you may still subscribe to the product but we aren’t able to offer any savings.

  • How will I know when my Autoship is on its way?

    An email will be sent to you 3 days before shipment informing you of the exact shipping date. Once the package has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • How can I add or remove items in my Autoship?

    Simply log into your account and select “Manage Autoship” from the My Account menu. From there, select “Subscriptions” and you can edit or cancel existing shipments. You can add or remove items from shipments right up to the day before the ship date for ultimate flexibility.

  • How can I change my shipping date?

    You can get products sooner or if you need to push out your next shipment you can make it later as well. You can make any desired changes through Autoship settings in your account. Make sure the changes are made before your “next shipping date”.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card is charged the day of shipment
