Blood Sugar Supplements

Glucose, our body’s main source of energy, is a product of the foods you eat and is the main sugar found in your blood which is then carried to all of your body's cells for use as energy. Healthy food choices, regular exercise and taking daily nutritional blood sugar supplements may help maintain levels already in the normal range.

Typically, the pancreas then releases the hormone insulin to help regulate blood sugar levels. When you eat, what you eat, and other factors cause the blood sugar levels to vary throughout the day.
