Blood Sugar & Glucose

Glucose, our body’s main source of energy, is a product of the foods you eat and is the main sugar found in your blood which is then carried to all of your body's cells for use as energy. Typically, the pancreas  then releases the hormone insulin to help regulate blood sugar levels.
