Ultra Flora Restore from Metagenics is a dietary supplement that seeks to introduce more than 20 billion live organisms into the body for support of healthy gut flora. This proprietary blend contains strains of bifidobacterium lactis (Bi-07), lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM), bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04) and lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37). These bacteria are referred to as probiotics, or “good” bacteria, that contribute to the normal functions of a healthy body and digestive system. Probiotics like UltraFlora Restore may help alleviate symptoms like bubble gut and work restore the proper balance of good gut bacteria to the microbiome.
