This two-a-day multivitamin provides the basic essential nutrients in a highly bioavailable form , which allows you to effectively absorb and utilize them. Multi t/d contains the same active vitamin cofactors and mineral delivery systems found in UltraNutrient® and Nutrient 950®. As a result , you can rest assured that you get enough chromium , selenium , zinc , vitamin C , vitamin D , iodine , vitamin B12 , biotin , and more. To support cardiovascular health , one of the nutrients found in this supplement is Metafolin® L-5-MTHF , a B complx vitamin. L-5-MTHF is chemically identical to the form of folate naturally occurring in your body , meaning that it doesn't have to be converted into a usable form and can get to work more quickly than other types of folic acid. In addition , Multi t/d also provides mixed carotenoids. These plant compounds , which include lutein and zeaxanthin , may contribute to improved vision. In addition to other vitamins in this supplement that work to scavenge free radicals that can contribute to cellular damage , lycopene is a carotenoid that may have additional antioxidant effects. Take two vegetable capsules daily , in divided doses with meals.
